I just used All Auto Hail for the second time from hitting my car on the garage while parking. The experience was amazing. Not only did they fix my damage, they gave me a ride back to my house when o dropped off the car and also brought the car back ti me once it was fixed. On top of that they did a full detail of the car. Very impressed with the customer service all around.

I am so glad I found this body shop through other reviews. My experience working with Martin was excellent. His communication exceeded my expectations. He explained to me very well about items or documents he needed in order to begin the process. He was prompt and called me back in a reasonable time when I had problems navigating my insurance claim. I was expecting to have my car repaired within a month but my car was ready way ahead of time. I really appreciated that he dropped me off and picked me up from rental place. An added bonus was that he took my car to the car wash. My car looks brand new again. It had severe hail damage after the hail storm in May. I moved from florida on 2023. This 2024 on june I got hit by the only Hail thunderstorm on aurora unfortunately. It took me a while to find the perfect spot to fix my car and that was Martin. From day one he explained the entire and realistic process and since my car got damaged really bad, my process literally took a month. However, the results were impressive and looks like new. First time dealing with this process but If I have to, I would choose again dentagon.
